Electrostatic Painting
We have been offering electrostatic painting since 1961. This type of painting is done on metal and means there is no fog or mist in the air to contaminate surrounding areas. When coming to your place of business to work, there will be no interruption to the workplace. The work will be done off hours whether painting machinery or files in a new office, none of the surrounding surfaces are affected or damaged.
Superlative Technique
Electro-Kote Company uses the Ransburg No. 2 Electrostatic Process, which is the only pure electrostatic atomization process. The paint is applied to a metal surface directly with no spraying and no brushing. The result is a smooth, chip-resistant, like new finish.
Superior Electrostatic Coatings
Electro-Kote utilizes quality coatings that are specific to the need of the item being painted. Special primers and urethane coatings are used for exterior items such as doors and fences. Epoxy coatings are used for interior cabinets and fixtures. These coatings meet or exceed the quality of the original factory finish. The result is a “like new” looking finish.
